Introduction
Hardening or induration (sclerosis) of the skin of the fingers &/or toes.
Etiology
- systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) & CREST syndrome
- insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus
- trauma
- drugs (i.e. bleomycin)
- toxins
