Yergason's test

Indications

• test for bicipital tendonitis

Procedure

• with the patient standing or sitting, arm at side, 90 degree flexion of elbow & non-rotated, wrist neutral, have the patient attempt wrist supination against resistance

Interpretation

• anterior shoulder pain is a positive sign
