Introduction
Hypertrophy of the nose with follicular dilatation.
Etiology
Epidemiology
- more common in men than women Pathlogy:
- sebaceous gland hyperplasia
- fibrosis
- increased vascularity
Clinical manifestations
- irregular nodular growth & deformity of the nose
- affects the tip of the nose
- the sides & top of the nose can also be involved

Management
- CO2 laser surgery
- dermabrasion
- electrosurgery
