- lower-body parkinsonism
- gait disturbance as the prominent feature
- often minimal upper body involvement
- additional neurologic deficits
Radiology
- association with MRI white-matter hyperintensities
Management
- generally poor response to levodopa/carbidopa (Sinemet)
