Introduction
Rheumatoid pneumoconiosis, thought to be a more benign form of complicated silicosis.
Etiology
- silicosis
- asbestosis
- aluminosis
- other conditions
Pathology
- rheumatoid pulmonary nodules 1-5 cm in diameter that evolve rapidly & undergo cavitation
