Etiology
- associated with squamous cell carcinoma
- upper respiratory system (head & neck cancer)
- esophageal cancer (squamous cell carcinoma)
Pathology

Clinical manifestations
- psoriaform lesions of the hands, feet, ears & nose
- onychodystrophy
- keratoderma may also be present
- evidence of malignancy may be noted
Management
- effective treatment of the underlying malignancy results in resolution of the dermatosis
