Pathology
Clinical manifestations
- papule with central ulceration & crusting
- occurs on the helix or antihelix of the ear
- lesions are very painful
Differential diagnosis
- commonly mistaken for basal cell carcinoma
Management
- wedge-shaped excision removing portion of underyling cartilage
