• inhalation of bacterial endotoxin or mycotoxin in grain dust

Clinical manifestations

• dyspnea
• fever
• myalgias
• cough

Laboratory

• peripheral blood leukocytosis

• pulmonary function test
  • obstructive pattern
  • no diffusion abnormality
