Etiology
Epidemiology
- seen in urban settings
- transmitted by house mites
Clinical manifestations
- eschar found at site of mite bite
- diffuse rash involving face, trunk, extremities
- 2-10 mm papules & plaques, evolving into vesicles & then crusting
- headache
- myalgias
- regional adenopathy
- mild disease
