Introduction
Hypopigmented lesions, oval, polygonal or ash leaf in shape.
Etiology
- tuberous sclerosis (earliest cutaneous sign)
Clinical manifestations
- hypopigmented lesions may be present at birth
- oval, polygonal or ash leaf in shape
- 1-3 cm in size (average)
Laboratory
- lesions enhanced by Wood's lamp
