Introduction

Ask a subject to copy drawing a cube as accurately as possible.
Scoring: (0-5)
0: no design, or uninterpretable effort (e.g. an unclosed figure)
1: a closed 2 dimensional design with a single compartment
2: a closed 2 dimensional design with 2 compartments
3: a closed 2 dimension design with 3 or 4 compartments (no 3 dimensionality)
4: reproduction of an imperfect 3 dimensional cube
5: a perfect 3 dimensional cube
