Introduction
The patient is asked to name a sequence of 60 line drawings of increasing difficulty. Because patient may misname line drawings due to visuospatial patterns, the test includes conceptual & phonemic cueing trials. 20 seconds are allowed for each response.
There are age-associated norms.
A shorter version of the test consists of 15 items. A normal elderly individual can name at least 14/15 items.
