Introduction
A cylindrical pointed palpable projection from the medial & posterior aspect of the head of the ulna, to the tip of which is attached the ulnar collateral ligament of wrist.
- easier to palitate when the hand is supinated
The relationship of the radial & ulnar process is important in:
- diagnosis of certain wrist injuries (e.g., Colles fracture)
