Introduction

Teeth that appear between 6 & 24 months of life, (20 in all).

Eruption (months): Shedding (years)
Medial incisor - 6 to 8 Medial incisor - 6 to 7
lateral incisor - 8 to 10 lateral incisor - 7 to 8
Canine - 16 to 20 Canine - 10 to 12
First molar - 12 to 16 First molar - 9 to 11
Second molar - 20 to 24 Second molar - 10 to 12

In some normal infants, the first teeth (medial incisors) may not erupt until 12 to 13 months of age
