Procedure
autologous fat transplantation
- fat harvested form medial knee, hip or outer thigh centrifuge for 3 minutes at 3600 RPM supranatant & infranatant decanted fat is rapidly frozen to -40 degrees C or implanted into hand
Frozen fat gives better results than freshly implanted fat
