Indications
- evaluation of sacroiliitis
Procedure
- the heel of one leg is crossed on top of the opposite knee & the knee is pressed down in attempt to elicit pain in the sacroiliac area
* cormorbid hip arthritis & limited range of motion at the hip limit usefulness of test
