Indications
- prevention of Lyme disease Off the market in 2002 due to low demand.
Dosage
- doses at 0, 1 & 2-6 months
- booster at 12 months & yearly therafter
Pharmacokinetics
- 50% effective after 2nd dose
- 78% effective after 3rd dose
Adverse effects
Mechanism of action
- stimulation of antibody production that work in the gut of the offending tick
- contains synthetic form of OspA protein
