Dosage
- nail lacquer, containing 5% amorolfine hydrochloride
- once-weekly or twice-weekly applications
- 3 months after stopping 6 months of treatment, cures rates 38% once weekly & 46% twice weekly*

Mechanism of action
- morpholine antifungal drug
- inhibits delta-14 sterol reductase & cholestene delta-isomerase
- depletes ergosterol accumulating ignosterol in fungal cytoplasmic cell membranes
- inhibits delta-14 sterol reductase & cholestene delta-isomerase
