    • breathing
    • vocalization
    • facial expression
    • body language
    • cosolability

Interpretation

  • 10 points total[1]
    • 2 possible points each
    • score of 0 = no pain
    • score of 1-3 = mild pain
    • score of 4-6 = moderate pain
    • score of 7-10 = severe pain
