Dosage

(application)

• Wartner is sprays onto a foam applicator
• the applicator cools & it is applied to the wart
• the wart freezes
• apply once, then again in 10 days if wart does not fall off

Adverse effects

• does NOT get as cold as liquid nitrogen, thus may be better tolerated

Mechanism of action

• contains dimethyl ether & propane
• acts by cryotherapy
• works about as well as liquid nitrogen

Cost: about $20 for 10 applications
