Indications
- assessment of Achilles tendon rupture during virtual examination
Procedure
- in the prone position, flex knees to a 90 degrees, & relax
- asymmetry of the feet with abnormal dorsiflexion of the affected foot is suggestive of Achilles tendon rupture [iamge)[1]
