Indications

• treatment of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (MOSD)in adults who are aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibody positive

Contraindications

• hepatitis B infection
• active or latent tuberculosis

Dosage

Prefilled Syringe: 120 mg/mL Adverse effedcts:

• may cause life-threatening infections
