Indications

Dosage

  • oral treatment: escalating dosage.
  • 300 mg PO QD is maintenance dose
  • it seems as if 0.5 mg is starting dose[2]

Tabs: 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 20 mg, 100 mg, 300 mg
