Uhthoff phenomenon

Etiology

• fever in patients with multiple sclerosis
• physical activity or heat in patients with multiple sclerosis

Clinical manifestations

• transient worsening of multiple sclerosis neurological symptoms associated with an increase in body temperature (pseudorelapse)

Differential diagnosis

• relapse of multiple sclerosis
