Epidemiology
- rare[1], not rare[2]
- women age 18-86 years, mostly premenopausal & perimenopausal
Pathology
- benign mesenchymal proliferative lesion of the breast
Radiology
- no distinguishing feature(s)
Management
- PASH without symptoms should not be routinely excised[5]
- conservative surgery for larger (prsumptively symptomatic) masses[1]
