Intentional infliction of physical or psychologic injury to one's spouse.

It is not reportable because the victim is physically able to leave the situation.

If a provider is treating an injury, he/she suspectes is the result of spouse abuse, the injury is reportable.

Efforts to provide community resources should be made.
