QTc: 526      Left ventricular hypertrophy with T wave abnormalities.

 Axes        Anterolateral T wave abnormalities. T-waves negative I, aVL, V2-V6.
             Anterior ST segment elevation probably due to LVH.
P:    42      Also consistent with ischemia.
