Pathology

• mesenchymal dysplasia
• sclerosing bone

Clinical manifestations

• usually asymptomatic
• most common presentation is joint contracture or arthralgia

Radiology

• incidental finding on radiographs obtained for another purpose
• characteristic dripping wax or flowing candle wax appearance
