Etiology
- generally idiopathic
- drug hypersensitivity
- sometimes associated with Tinea pedis
- paraneoplastic syndrome (rare)
Clinical manifestations
- erythematous, flat or slightly raised lesion
- trailing scale on inner aspect of expanding ring
- generally occurs on buttocks & upper thigh
