Pathology

• helminth imfections of lacrimal glands

Laboratory

• white, slender, & filiform nematodes
• 10 to 12 mm long & 0.16 to 0.18 mm wide
• attenuation at both ends
• presence of a buccal capsule near the anterior end & cuticular striations over the whole tegumental surface

Management

• mechanical removal of the parasites
