Etiology

• involved muscles
  • triceps brachii
  • finger extensors

Physical examination

• squeeze arm test

Clinical manifestations

• triceps reflex diminished or absent
• weakness of elbow extension & finger extension
• loss of sensation middle of palm, 3rd digit
  • index finger & middle fingers
