• ectrodactyly, syndactyly, fingernail & toenail dysplasia, hypoplastic breasts & nipples, intensive freckling, lacrimal duct atresia, frontal alopecia, primary hypodontia, & loss of permanent teeth
• absence of facial clefting

• associated with defects in TP63
