Introduction

Used as combination chemotherapy for breast cancer.

Dosage

• cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2 IV, day 1
• doxorubicin 60 mg/m2 IV, day 1
• fluorouracil 500 mg/m2 IV, day 1
• 21 day cycle x 4
