Indications

treatment of head lice (Pediculus capitis)^[2]

Dosage

pyrethrin 0.3% _ piperonyl butoxide 4% shampoo
apply to damp hair for 10 minutes, then rinse
repeat in 1 week
combine with nit combing^[2]
