Indications

• contrast agent of magnetic resonance imaging of liver or pancreatic lesions

Dosage

• 0.5 ml/kg bodyweight (5 umol/kg bodyweight)

Injection: 0.01 mmol/ml solution for infusion, 7.57 mg/mL

Pharmacokinetics

• near maximal enhancement of the normal liver & pancreas parenchyma is generally observed 15-20 minutes from the start of administration and lasts for approximately 4 hours
