Indications

Contraindications

  • do NOT use in children < 6 months of age
    • one of the main ingredients, benzyl alcohol, can cause serious reactions, including death, in infants

Dosage

  • apply to the scalp & hair for 10 minutes, rinse
  • two applications 1 week apart

0.9% topical suspension
