Indications

Procedure

  • aerodynamic voice analysis
    • measures how air from the lungs passes between & drives the vocal folds as the patient makes sound into an air transducer
    • acoustic analysis
      • the patient speaks into a microphone, & instruments translate factors including hoarseness, pitch, & loudness as a function of time
