Model to predict survival in terminally ill cancer patients
Variables include:
- clinical prediction of survival
- Karnofsky Performance status
- anorexia
- dyspnea
- white blood cell count (total)
- lymphocyte % of total white blood cell count
Additional terms
- anorexia
- complete blood count (CBC)
- dyspnea (shortness of breath {SOB})
- Karnofsky performance index (palliative performance scale)
