• arterial tortuosity & aneurysms
• structural brain abnormalities
• congenital heart disease
• aneurysm with dissection throughout the arterial tree

Genetics

• associated with defects in TGFBR2

Clinical manifestations

• craniosynostosis
• hypertelorism
• bifid uvula or cleft palate
• exotropy
• micrognathia & retrognathia
• intellectual deficit
• congenital heart disease
• translucent skin
