Introduction
The muscle surrounds the whole length of the membranous portion of the urethra & is contained between the 2 layers of the triangular ligament.
- arises by aponeurotic fibers from the junction of the ischiopubic ramus.
Innervation
perineal branch of the pudendal nerve
