Introduction
One of paired veins passing caudally near the midline of the tela choroidea (roof) of the 3rd ventricle.
It is formed by the junction of the choroid vein, thalamostriate vein & vein of the septum pellucidum.
The 2 paired veins merge caudally to form the great cerebral vein of Galen.
