• prostatic part of the pelvic plexus

Innervation

• arteries & arteriovenous anastomoses of the corpus cavernosum

Notes

• corresponding to the cavernous nerve of the clitoris in the female
• two nerves major & minor supply sympathetic & parasympathetic fibers to the helicine arteries & arteriovenous anastomoses of the corpus cavernosum, stimulating erection.
