Origin
- prostatic part of the pelvic plexus
Innervation
Notes
- corresponding to the cavernous nerve of the clitoris in the female
- two nerves major & minor supply sympathetic & parasympathetic fibers to the helicine arteries & arteriovenous anastomoses of the corpus cavernosum, stimulating erection.
