Introduction
Benign neoplasm of the ovary. It is generally an incidental finding in ovary removed for other reasons, especially postmenopausal women

infrequent
Pathology
- nests of cells resembling transitional epithelium
- gland-like structures that contain mucin
- may arise from Walthard cell rest
