Introduction

Acquired, benign lesion.

Pathology

(histology)

Clinical manifestations

  • papule, slightly elevated to dome shaped
  • 2-8 mm in size
  • tan to brown, uniform in color, but may have hypopigmented "halo"
  • smooth surface, but may become rough with age

  • observation for change
