Indications

• endometriosis
• precocious puberty

Dosage

• 200-400 ug (1 spray each nostril) intranasally BID for 6 months

Solution: (nasal) 2 mg/mL (10 mL)

Adverse effects

• common (> 10%)
  • hot flashes, decreased libido, vaginal dryness, headache, emotional lability, myalgia, decreased breast size, nasal irritation
• less common (1-10%)
  • edema, insomnia, seborrhea
• uncommon (< 1%)
  • increased libido, weight loss
