ritodrine (Yutopar, Utopar)

Introduction

Tradename: Yutopar.

Dosage

• start 50 ug/min
• increase by 50 ug/min every 15-20 min to a max of 350 ug/min
• drip: 150 mg in 500 mL D5W (0.5 mg/mL)
• 50 ug/min = 10 mL/hr
• 10 mg PO every 2 hours after stop of infusion for 24 hours
• then, 10-20 mg every 4-6 hours PRN

Tabs: 10 mg.
