Non neuronopathic, adult, chronic
Laboratory
- very high plasma levels of CHIT1 (chitotriosidase) activity[1]
Management
- imiglucerase (Cerezyme) or velaglucerase alfa (Vpriv)
- taliglucerase alfa
- successful therapy restores normal CHIT1 activity
