- autosomal dominant
- associated with defects in MYH9
Clinical manifestations
- asymptomatic
Laboratory
- complete blood count may show thrombocytopenia
- peripheral blood smear:
- giant platelets
- leukokyte inclusions appearing as highly parallel paracrystalline bodies (Dohle bodies)
