Inhibition:

• inhibited by p-hydroxy-mercuri-benzoate, HgCl2, RHC80267

• KM=154.7 uM for diacylglycerol
• Vmax=33.3 nmol/min/mg enzyme
• Optimum pH is 7.0 Strucuture:
• highly expressed in brain & pancreas
