Etiology
- neural compression, usually lumbar spinal stenosis
- sciatica
Clinical manifestations
- symptoms of leg pain (& occasionally weakness) on walking or standing, relieved by sitting or spinal flexion
- pseudoclaudication
Management
- pregabalin is ineffective & associated with dizziness[3]
